Monoprint Pricing Structure: Choosing Your Decoration Method

Our pricing is based on two core factors: the Cost of the Garment and the Cost of the Decoration Method chosen. The right decoration method depends on your design complexity, color count, and, most importantly, your order volume.

We offer three primary techniques to match every brand’s specific needs:

1. Choosing Your Decoration Method

Flexible Volume Advantage: Mixing Garment Styles

To help you reach the higher, more cost-effective tiers, the total unit quantity can be composed of different garment styles (e.g., T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Bags etc). The only requirement is that the same exact print design (same size, same colors, same location) is used across all items.

Transparent Pricing. Predictable Partnership

We structure our quotes for clarity, ensuring you understand exactly where your investment goes, from first order to a rapid re-stock.

The One-Time Setup Fee: This initial fee covers all pre-production work, including screen preparation (for each color in screen printing) or digitizing (for embroidery). You only pay this once per design.

The Per-Unit Production Cost: This is the cost of the finished item, determined by your choice of Garment Tier (Good, Better, Best) and your Total Quantity Ordered (which dictates your volume discount).

Good (The Standard): Reliable, durable quality. High-quality standard cotton or poly blends, perfect for events, large giveaways, or budget-conscious staff uniforms.

Better (Core Ethical Choice): Our Recommended Tier. Features GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton and premium recycled blends. Superior hand-feel and aligns with conscious brand ethics.

Best (The Premium Label): Maximum retail margins. Highest-end garments with specialty fits, luxury finishes, and unique fabric blends for high-end boutique retail.

15–40 Units: Minimum order quantity. Perfect for testing a new design.

40–75 Units: Significant cost reduction per unit. (Ideal for Standard Retail Stock)

75–150 Units: Maximum savings unlocked for established retail lines. (Ideal for Bulk Production)

150+ Units: Custom contract pricing. (Ideal for Large Contracts)
